The framing and unlawful imprisonment of Lorrain Osman.
I attach the final piece of evidence. This proves that Hong Kong are unlawfully withholding evidence from the High Court, and that the unlawful 'cover up' entered into by the Deputy Governor and Attorney General of Hong Kong, on 17.1.1985, continues.
Sir John Bremridge confirmed, as far as he could (he has had a stroke) the contents of the Chooi minute, that in turn proves that Hong Kong committed perjury in the High Court on 15.6.1992, Chooi has also acknowledged that the minute, which he thought shredded, is his.
For almost a year I have done my legal duty, in ways not required of me as a journalist. You have kindly asked the Lord Chancellor to look at the matter. He regretted, but he couldn't. The two Ministries with the most direct stake in the matter, Home and Foreign, have either joined in the Hong Kong conspiracy, or altogether given up on even the most minimum legal requirements of reacting to the public presentation of evidence of crime.
Fortunately, the media have now begun to take an interest, and with an election coming up, it will be possible to ensure that every candidate, especially ex Ministers, answer questions on the matter throughout the country. It is very sad that those tasked with seeing justice done, seem so frequently to be the authors of the most appalling crimes of all, Kisko, Birmingham, Guildford, Silcott, Maguire.
I am also glad that David Andrews is the Irish Foreign Minister. He and his MEP brother have followed the Osman case for the last three years, and I'm sure he will go on following it, with our new Government in April.
