As you know, the PUS has received from Mr Kevin Cahill the pamphlet about Lorrain Osman. The copy sent to him did not contain the text of the FCO telegrams just the top and tail. But as you and presumably others have received copies containing the full text, he wonders whether this is an of Contempt of Court. As he understood it, the telegrams were subject to a PII. The PUS will be interested to hear what Mr Berman has to say.
