I have written to you before about this case, but because Mr. Osman remains in jail, on remand, I feel I must approach you again.

I hope you will read the pamphlet I am sending you. In it I am presenting you with concrete proof of serious irregularities in the prosecution, of taint, of corruption, of lost of evidence and of bad faith.
As you know it was just such irregularities that led to the awful miscarriages of justice that we have seen all through last year, and with which we are not yet finished, unfortunately.
When you have read the pamphlet, I hope you will sign the Early Day Motion No. 363, now on the order paper, write to either the Home Secretary or to the Prime Minister, whose office handles the matter, and ask the Home Secretary to use the powers he has, to bring this travesty of justice to an end.
