Lorrain Osman. Perjury. Perverting the course of justice.
In the course of our correspondence I told you plainly that Mr.Osman had been framed and that the case against him had been made in bad faith, selectively and for unlawful reasons. I sent you evidence to back my assertions.
I also told you, with adequate precision, where you would find the rest of the evidence in your own files (FCO) and in the files of the Hong Kong Government.

Despite all that, on the 15.6.1990 the Governeof Hong Kong caused a perjured statement to be sworn before the High Court in London. I attach a copy, see Par 11. I also attach a copy of the minute taken at the meeting between Sir John Bremridge, the AG of HK and Chooi, the Malaysian investigator, on 17.1.1985. Sir John, with the backing of Michael Thomas QC, joins with the unlawful purpose of the Malaysians, the cover up" and advances it by offering to "bend the law". These are both criminal offences. Lorrain Osman, as a consequence of this unlawful conspiracy, is charged, substantially offences he did not commit, namely, lending without the authority of his board or shareholder (s). The fact that he did not commit these offences is known to Bremridge, Thomas and Reid, who have the documents that I now attach.

More serious still, Jalil was murdered and you have a copy of Than's confession. The HK authorities have the attached documents. This, prima facia, is a conspiracy to cover up for the probable author (s) of the crime of murder. I would tell you that I have other evidence, obtained for a fee from the High Court in KL six days ago, which links Nawai with Hitam and YAB (Mahathir). I have already spoken to two senior police officers and have advised the Lord Chancellor.
I hope you have told your Minister all the facts, at all times, now that I have them and so does Parliament.
