by either Government giving 90 (ninety) [30 (thirty)] days' notice in writing to the other Government.
If the above proposals are acceptable to the Government of Argentina, I have the honour to suggest that this Note and Your Excellency's reply to that effect will constitute an agreement between the two Governments which will come into effect 30 days after the date of the Your Excellency's reply.
