Jones said that British Aerospace were selling their airplane, BAE 125, to the Argentine government as official Presidential plane. He was sure they could lend the President one for his next official visit to France! Ambassador Qlima thought it would be an interesting idea for President Menem's visit to the UK. Mr Garel Jones passed written information about the BAE 125 to Ambassador Olima to pass to President Menem and agreed that this was an excellent idea.
