The Turkish Consul-General told me on 12 March that Turkey was planning to offer Turkish nationality to people in Hong Kong who would invest there or provide Turkey with
technology or knowledge.
2.
There would be no set numbers for this scheme.
Nor would there be a requirement for residence in Turkey.
