MADAGASCAR/HONG KONG : PASSPORT PROBLEMS
1.
I attach a Note Verbale from the Embassy of Madagascar You will see that it in Paris which I have just received. concerns passport difficulties which are being encountered by seven representatives of Madagascar trying to set up a trade office in Hong Kong.
2. I am not at all sure why this is being handled by the Embassy in Paris nor, I am afraid, do I know with whom the conversation referred to in the first paragraph took place. But it seems to me much better handled either in Antananarivo or Hong Kong than here.
3., Grateful for your advice.
