Dear Alistair,
I enclose a letter I have received from Sir Brian Tovey of Cresswell Associates Ltd, 8 Cresswell Gardens, London SW5 OBJ, expressing his concern about the future of some of the children resident in Hong Kong whose parents hold British citizenship but they, themselves, have no automatic right to British citizenship.
Sir Brian mentions particularly the names of Carina and Joanna Kwok who fall into this category. I would be grateful for your comments in this issue.
