were also too many firearms problems. But the Vietnamese immigrant problem was virtually resolved, with many Vietnamese eager to return home.

5. Concluding, Dr Leong said that some people had been troubled by cases where individuals holding British passports had been closely cross-questioned in other EC countries as to how they had obtained them. Individuals were querying whether those passports were different in some way. He hoped these rumours would not spread and

undermine confidence.
