Notes of the last meeting held on 16 December 1991
were confirmed without amendment.
3.
As agreed by members, three batches of papers (Paper Nos. SC 108/91-114/91 and 1/92-21/92) had been circulated to them for comment since the last meeting. With the exception of the recommendations on claims of unpaid services with two unlisted voluntary organisations, namely the Standing Committee on Medical and Dental Facilities for Civil Servants and Tai O Youth Group in Paper No. SC 10/92, the recommendations in the above papers had been taken as endorsed.

Members noted the following information on the income levels of OG1 applicants in the private sector -

42% of applicants earned on average than $200,000 per annum, 30% earned more than $250,000 and 24% earned more than $300,000; and
