Fourth batch of "Managers & Administrators"
(Non-civil servants) interviewed
Purpose
This paper informs members of the result of personality checks and verification interviews on 529 potentially successful applicants in Occupational Group 1 "Managers & Administrators" (Non-civil servants). Subject to members' agreement and confirmation with the applicants that there is no change in their circumstances, the 529 cases will be submitted to the Governor for recommendation to the Secretary of State for registration as British citizens under the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Act 1990.
Advice Sought
2.
Members are invited to -
(a) note the result of personality checks and verification interviews for 529 applicants in OG 1 "Managers & Administrators" (Non-civil servants); and
(b) advise that the applications from these 529 principal applicants and their dependants be submitted to the Governor for recommendation to the Secretary of State for registration as British citizens under the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Act 1990.
