I submit for Ministerial approval a further name of a British Undertaking approved by the Advisory Group in Hong
Kong.

In my submission of 15 October I said that, although there were no more outstanding companies to be approved by Ministers, Hong Kong had warned us that one or two further names could surface in the course of processing applications. Hong Kong Immigration now tell us that they have found another name and have sent us the details of Egerton Sandler Summer & Co, a firm which has been approved as a category E British Undertaking. We are satisfied that this firm qualifies under our established guidelines and I recommend that it should go forward to the Governor in Hong Kong in the usual way.
