BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS
Many thanks for your fax of 22 January commenting on mine of 9 January. I have the following further comments:
List A
On the BP companies, we have had a word with BP Head Office and have had a further look at Companies House records. I can confirm that BP Petroleum Development (Southern England) is listed on Companies House records as being incorporated in the UK. BP Petroleum Development has changed its name to BP Exploration Operations Ltd and is also listed. BP Petroleum Development (Dorset) Ltd is now BP Noordzee UK Ltd and again is listed.
That clears up all the outstanding points on BP.
List B
Tradition Services Holding Group is not registered at Companies House. However as the Hong Kong company reports directly to Tradition (UK) which is on the records, I am content.
List C
There is no Greenfield Leisure plc listed at Companies House. The only reference I can find is to a company named Greenfields Leisure Limited which has been dissolved. Is this the same organisation?
