Distribution of places between the GOC and the DSC should follow the pattern of allocating the overall quota as set out in the Order-in-Council.
(iii)
Any additional places for the GOC should be distributed in the same manner as set out in para. (g) above.
(iv)
Any additional places for the DSC should be distributed in the same manner as set out in para. (f) above.
