could delete the second and third paragraphs if you wanted an even shorter letter, but this would make it seem fairly dismissive of Mr Blaze-Gosden's representations on behalf of people who took considerable risks in the service of the Crown and who in the event may not benefit from the Hong Kong Nationality Scheme.
