2. For your information Mr Buchanan, Director of the British Council in Hong Kong, and Mr Jarvis (MO at this office) intend meeting with HKG early next week to discuss applications submitted by staff of the BTC, British Council and the FCO Procurement Office. If it looks as if the timing will slip further I will of course let you know immediately.
