The dates in this annex depend on the timing of Parliamentary approval, assuming that is forthcoming.
We will ask British overseas posts and overseas representatives of the Hong Kong Government to help us inform HKBDTCS living overseas about this programme.

We have formulated the phases on the basis of the population size of the individual age groups. In so doing, we have taken into account the possibility of minors applying ahead of schedule.
