The Claque Garden Estate was completed in 1989 according to an award-winning design. It consists of 3 high-rise tones with a total number of 1478 units, about two third of which were soid under the Flat-for-Sale Scheme, the other one-third being rental units. There are another 77 low-rise rental units for elderly persons. The total population of the Estate is about 6,000 now.
