1. TRAVEL DETAILS
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and those listed at Appendix I will depart London Heathrow (Spelthorne Suite) at 2115 hours on Wednesday 22 July on BA 27. The party will return to London at 0605 hours on Thursday 30 July on MH2.
2. BOXES, BRIEFCASES AND LUGGAGE
An FCO security van, accompanied by an FCO Security Officer, has been reserved for the journey to London Heathrow (Spelthorne Suite) on 22 July. The van will depart the FCO at 1800 hours. Boxes, briefcases and luggage may be left in Room K1 (King Charles Street) any time up to 1700 hours on Wednesday 22 July. An FCO security van and Security Officer will meet the party on their party on their return to London Heathrow (Hillingdon Suite) Thursday 30 July.
All personal baggage should be brought into the FCO and left in Room K1 to go out in the Security Van. Please ensure that baggage labels are clearly marked with your name, date and Flight No BA 27 to Hong Kong.
3. TRANSPORT TO LONDON HEATHROW (SPELTHORNE SUITE) ON WEDNESDAY 22 JULY
