A number of individual Members will wish to put some questions to you. They are :
(a) Martin LEE to ask whether Mr Patten represents the views of the Prime Minister as reported by some media claiming that the Prime Minister had made this statement to the Chinese Premier LI Peng.
(b) CH LEONG to ask the status of OMELCO's
representation for families affected by an anomaly in Section 2(1)(a) the British Nationality Act 1981 vis-a-vis Section 5 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1948 and the resolution to the definitions of "Chinese Nationals" and "Foreign Nationals" under the Basic Law.
