MR GOODLAD'S OFFICE : BOX ARRANGEMENTS
1. Mr Goodlad will be visiting Hong Kong and Vietnam between 3 and 14 September and Cambodia between 17 and 24 September. He will take boxes on return to the UK immediately after both visits: these will close at 1700 on 11 September
and 23 September respectively. I should be grateful if main addressees would prepare a short note for each of these boxes, summarising any major developments in their areas of interest which have occurred.
2. During Mr Goodlad's absence, papers requiring Ministerial attention should continue to be sent to this office.
