MR GOODLAD'S VISIT TO HONG KONG; 4-9 SEPTEMBER 1992

I attach a list of briefs which are required for this visit. A copy of the suggested programme is also attached.
2. In the interests of keeping the briefing as concise as possible, I should like if possible to condense the background into one document. Could I therefore ask for one paragraph on each of the subjects listed overleaf, updating issues of current interest, relevant to the meetings and calls in the programme.

Could I please have the briefs by COP on Monday
24 August with a view to submitting them in final form in the week-end box on 28 August. This will allow time for any revision or supplementary briefing before the Ministers departure on 3 September.
