1989 4 have now been released.

Nationality/Right of Abode
Clearly a need to amend the immigration ordinances at some
time between now and 1994. Am aware that Hong Kong
Government are currently considering how best to do this.
Immigration is a matter which falls within the Hong Kong
Government's autonomy.

Pleased ORP II is now going ahead. A great deal of work from everyone concerned, including HMG, has gone into getting this scheme up and running.
Corporatisation of RTHK
- This is a matter for the Hong Kong Government. We supported their proposals. They will need to take account
of all relevant viewpoints.
