Important that the airport projects go ahead quickly. anyone's interests. Vital for H.K.'s continuing stability and prosperity that airport be completed as soon as possible.
Convinced that HKG's proposals for financing the projects are efficient and cost effective.
Disappointed that recent talks in Peking and Hong Kong have been unsuccessful. Chinese continue to have difficulties, but we hope
for early resolution.
