Unfortunate that the Chinese are being slow in agreeing to HKG's
financing proposals.
Important that the airport projects go ahead quickly. Delays not in anyone's interests. Vital for HK.'s continuing stability and prosperity that airport be completed as soon as possible.
Convinced that HKG's proposals for financing the projects are
efficient and cost effective.
Disappointed that recent talks in Peking and Hong Kong have been
unsuccessful. Chinese continue to raise problems. [UPDATE]
Early resolution of these issues is most important.
