My telephone conversation of today with Miss Haspel refers.
Attached is the itinerary for Mr and Mrs David Fell's forth coming private visit to Hong Kong, Singapore and Mauritius. I should be grateful if you could ensure that these details are forwarded to appropriate local authorities in order that local security forces are aware of the visit.
The visitors have not asked for any special assistance whilst on holiday and these details are therefore for information purposes only. It is however worth noting that Mr Fell received full RUC protection whilst in Northern Ireland.
