WHY IS LORD CAITHNESS GOING TO HONG KONG THIS MONTH?
This will be Lord Caithness' fourth substantive visit to
Hong Kong. It will continue the pattern of regular six-monthly visits to the territory.
During his visit he will meet the Governor, the Senior
Trade Commissioner, local businessmen and civil servants and OMELCO and LegCo representatives. He will present an environmental noise analyser to the Chinese University of
Hong Kong and will visit a Vietnamese Migrant Camp.
