As I explained on the telephone this morning Lord Caithness has had to postpone his visit to Hong Kong and Japan. The second sentence of the draft answer to Mr Dunnachie should therefore be amended to read:
"But my noble Friend, Lord Caithness, Minister of State,
hopes to visit the territory shortly."
