In October 1985, defendant
(ZENG Yuming) was
assigned by the secret service to return secretly to his place of origin from Hong Kong. Through his younger brother TSANG X X, he obtained four border passes which were suspended and invalidated by our public security
organs. Afterwards, defendant
(ZENG Yuming) took two of
the passes to Hong Kong and handed over to enemy spy organizations.
Subsequent to the issue of new RMB100 notes in 1988, defendant
(ZENG Yuming) was again assigned by enemy spy

our newly issued Renminbi Yuan notes in denominations of one hundred,
fifty and ten dollars and then took them to Hong Kong and handed over to
enemy spy organizations.
During the period from early 1985 to October 1989, defendant
(ZENG Yuming) returned secretly to his place of origin
from Hong Kong on several occasions on the grounds of visiting his
relatives in the native village. He then collected intelligence
relating to our politics, economy and our military forces which were
sent from Pingshan Town, Baoan County, his place of origin to Hong Kong
in twelve separate letters written in invisible ink covered by visible
writing under the name of "TSANG Keung (ZENG Qiang)" for use by the
Taiwanese secret service. In three of the letters sent to Hong Kong on
16th February, 13th June and 26th October 1989 respectively, defendant
(ZENG Yuming) provided the enemy spy organizations with
intelligence on the troop movements of our garrison stationed in certain
places, our social developments and law and order, political situation
