and writing to them with the aid of instruments of crime such as a Sharp
four-band radio cassette and the novel "Sparks in the

Yuk-wa (ZENG Yuhua) an application for joining the secret service for
him to copy in invisible ink and then covered in visible writing and
send to the secret service in Hong Kong. Defendant TSANG Yuk-ming (ZENG
Yuming) also gave TSANG Yuk-wa (ZENG Yuhua) five hundred Hong Kong
dollars. TSANG Yuk-wa (ZENG Yuhua). later refused to join the secret
service for fear of the legal consequences.
