occupation, was living at

Housing Area, Kowloon, Hong Kong before his arrest. He was taken in on
1st December 1989, detained for the criminal charge of espionage on 2nd
of the same month, detained for investigation on 12th of the same month
and arrested on 23rd of the same month. He is now being held in custody
in Shenzhen City Detention House.
