This Procuratorate considers that defendant TSANG Yuk-ming
(ZENG Yuming) has defied the Law of this country by joining enemy spy
organizations and collecting and providing our political, economic and
military intelligence to the enemy on a long-term basis. His acts have
contravened Article 97 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of
China and constituted an esponage offence. In order to safeguard
national security and strike the enemy, proceedings are hereby instituted
in pursuance of Article 100 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China. It is requested that a sentence be passed according
to law.
