Our Embassy have been making ur gent enquiries in
Peking seeking the whereabouts of the group, in
particular of Mr Parry, and have requested consular
access. So far however, they have not been able
establish the whereabouts of Mr Parry. Nor have they
been able to obtain any official account of what the
group is supposed to have done other than a police
comment to a member of our Embassy that they acted in
incompatible with their status.
