of the Realm dated the 14th February 1992 to confer the dignity
of a Barony of the United Kingdom for life upon Sir David Clive Wilson, G.C.M.G., by the name, style and title of BARON WILSON
OF TILLYORN, of Finzean in the District of Kincardine and Deeside
and of Fanling in Hong Kong.
