GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG: NEW TITLE
1. The Secretary of State might wish to know that the Governor's new title will be published in the London Gazette
on 14 February. He will from that date be known as Lord Wilson of Tillyorn - or to give him his full title Baron Wilson of Tillyorn, of Finzean in the District of Kincardine and Deeside, and of Fanling in Hong Kong.
