New Governors have also been appointed to Bermuda (Lord Waddington) and to the Cayman Islands (Mr Michael Gore). Both have completed their briefing so you may wish to consider getting in touch with Lady Waddington after their arrival in Bermuda at the end of August, and with Mrs Gore after their arrival in Grand Cayman in mid-September.
Presumably you are in touch with Government House in Hong Kong about Mrs Patten.
