Hong Kong via Singapore, in order to meet Singapore ministers etc before taking up his duties in Hong Kong.
will leave the UK on 5 July, arriving in Singapore on 6
July, and continue to Hong Kong on 9 July. Could you please authorise the necessary extra travel costs and subsistence.
