The Kwai Tsing District Board is one of the 19
district boards established under the District Boards Ordinance of Hong Kong and its main role is to advise the Government on matters affecting the well-being of the people in the district. At the above meeting held on 28 February 1992, the issue of the next Governor of Hong Kong was discussed. A copy of the K&T DB paper 62/91-92 is attached.
During the discussion, various suggestions were put forward by District Board members and an extract of the minutes is also attached for your reference. On behalf of the Board I would like to refer these suggestions for your kind consideration.
