With reference to Hong Kong telno 2494 concerning the registration of the three drug trafficking agreements (Australia, Canada, USA) with the United Nations we need to know whether Hong Kong Government has published these agreements, because if so, we shall need to have published copies to hand to the United Nations. If the agreements were Gazetted, could we have copies of the relevant Gazette please? If not, then we will hand over the copies which you have already sent
us.
