(b) a statement showing either that the person in
respect of whom the order was made appeared in .
the proceedings, or where he did not appear in
the proceedings, that he received notice of the
proceedings in sufficient time to enable him to
defend them and when that notice was received;
(c)
a statement that neither the order nor any
conviction to which it relates is subject to
appeal, and that the period for lodging such
appeal has expired;
(d) a description of the property to which measures
of confiscation are to be applied including as
far as possible the location of the property;
and .
(e)
where appropriate, a statement of the amount
which it is desired to realize as a result of
the assistance.
3.
Proceeds confiscated pursuant to this Agreement
shall accrue to the Requested Party, unless otherwise
mutually determined in a particular case.
4.
Where the confiscation of proceeds has been
ordered pursuant to this Agreement and there is a
