in the case of lending of exhibits, the person
or class of persons who will have custody of the
exhibit, the place to which the exhibit is to be removed, any tests to be conducted and the date
by which it is anticipated that the exhibit will
be returned; and
(g)
a description of any document, record or article
of evidence to be produced as well as a
description of the appropriate person to be
asked to produce it and, to the extent not
otherwise provided for, the form in which it
should be produced and authenticated.
3.
If the Requested Party considers that the
information contained in the request is not sufficient to
enable the request to be dealt with, that Party may request
that additional information be furnished.
4.
A request shall be made in writing.
In urgent
circumstances and where permitted by the Requested Party, a
request may be made orally but shall be confirmed in
writing promptly thereafter.
