HONG KONG/NETHERLANDS TREATY ON THE SURRENDER OF FUGITIVE OFFENDERS.
1. I enclose a copy of our translator's comments on the Dutch text of the above treaty. It does not seem to me that there are any major problems here but you may wish to consult International Law Division for their views.
2. I should also be grateful for your views on who should pay for the translation costs. It will not be a large sum (about a hundred pounds), but as there may be a number of these agreements it could add up.
