ARTICLE 16
Surrender of Property
(1)

extent permitted under the law of the
requested Party, when a request for surrender of a fugitive
offender is granted, the requested Party :
(a)
shall hand over to the requesting Party
all articles, including sums of money,
(i) which may serve as proof of the
offence; or
(ii)
which have been acquired by the
person sought as a result of the
offence and are in that person's
possession
discovered
or
are
subsequently.
