AUTHENTICATION

(1) Any document that,
in accordance with Article 9,
accompanies a request for surrender shall be admitted in
evidence, if authenticated,
in any proceedings
in the
jurisdiction of the requested Party.
(2) A document is authenticated for the purpose: of this
Agreement if:
(a) it purports to be signed o:: certified by a Judge,
Magistrate or other officer
requesting Party; and
authorized
by
the
(b) it purports to be sealed with an official ›: public
seal of the requesting Party or of an office of the
requesting Party.
