PROCEDURES
(1)
Any application.
for registration in Hong Kong of
a judgment of a court
of X shall be made to the Supreme
Court, Hong Kong.

Any application
for
registration

The practice and procedure shall be governed by
court except as otherwise

provided in this agreement.

The application for registration should be
accompanied by
(a) the judgment of the original court or a certified
copy thereof;

the Law District of the registering court;
