being a defendant in the
(e) the
judgment
debtor,
original
court, had an office
business in the
or place of
original Law District and the
proceedings were in respect of a transaction
effected through or at that office or place;
(f) in the case of a judgment given in an action of
matter was immovable property
which the subject
or in an action in rem of which the subject
matter was movable
question was at the
property, if the property in
time of the proceedings in
the
original court situate in the country of that
court; or
(g) the
jurisdiction of the original court is
otherwise recognised by the registering court.
(2)
Notwithstanding
anything in sub-paragraphs (d),
(e) and (g) of paragraph (1), the original court shall not
be regarded as having jurisdiction if the subject matter of
the proceedings was immovable property outside the original
Law District.
