ARTICLE 2 SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
any
This Agreement
shall not include any judgment in
matrimonial cause or any proceedings in connexion with
any of the following matters
(i) matrimonial matters;
(ii) administration of the estates of deceased
persons;
(iii) bankruptcy;
(iv) winding-up of companies;
(v) management
of the affairs of a person not capable
of managing his own affairs;
(vi) Custody and Guardianship of infants.
