commitments the
Government have made about the legislation in question giving the terms of that commitment, and, where appropriate, relevant references. Please also cover briefly:

the Bill's likely reception in Parliament, including whether it is likely to arouse particular

what the attitude of the Opposition parties is likely

whether it is likely to be controversial politically or for any other reason;
