marker for a Commonwealth Development Corporation Bill (ODA). If the Secretary of State approves the Private

Secretary should write in terms of the attached draft.

4. FLG agreed before the election that the European

Communities (Amendment) Bill and the Mauritius Republic Bill were candidates for early introduction in the new session.

The Committee also considered that the Foreign Compensation (Amendment) Bill was a possible candidate for introduction
